Interviews Are Under Way

We have 5 spots to fill so far, and many more opportunities for your community group to choose and support a student throughout his or her university experience.

I'm sorry that you've not heard from me for the last 2 months. I made plans to be in Angola for this whole summer and perform these interviews with my Angolan team in person, but so far, I've not made it there. Due to delays in receiving our Angolan visas, we chose to cancel the trip and schedule when we have the visas in hand.

Therefore I'm (Lori) joining the "work from home" experience that many of you have already learned so much about. If you know me at all, you know how hard it is for me not to be there meeting the candidates face to face. But we have an incredible team in Angola and they are doing an great job.

I still plan on going in the fall, but daily I submit my plans to the Lord and pray that He helps me organize everything according to His will and glory.

Pictured above is one student during her interview in our new office. Below are the students interviewed today. We have 3 more interviews scheduled and school will start in 2 weeks in Angola.

And finally, slowly but surely we are growing our fund for the K-12 school, the construction team has begun preparing the land and I am eager to get over there and take some footage of the construction.

I'm blown away by all of your generosity this year, it is only because of you that we are putting these beautiful young people through university and building a school for future university students.

May Jesus Christ be our guide and may He glorified in all that we say and do.
